My room had a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities, the staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel's location near the Donald E Stevens convention center was fantastic.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was fashionable and modern on the 2nd level. The property had a remote position short walk to a metro/subway, a good park, and the west coast. The attached restaurant food was high quality.

The staff here were really on top of things and showed that they genuinely care about their guests 😊.

The hotel was huge, clean and had free and awesome breakfast. Its staff was proactive and thoughtful. The deluxe queen room was stocked with a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making equipment. The bathroom was decent sized, the queen size bed too.

This place is situated close to the international terminal, a Harry Caray's restaurant, and Chicago itself. The restaurant here serves delicious and high-quality food that you'll definitely enjoy.

The room was reasonably spacious and beautifully designed. Tea and coffee making equipment as well as a fridge were included. The staff were polite and welcoming all the time. Location of the hotel was great. The shuttle to the property was a big plus.

The total stay was nice for my husband's business trip. The staff were respectful, the room was well laid out with a very clean bed. The location was magnificent and perfect, at a moderate distance from Allstate Arena. The attached restaurant was particularly good with a wide range of meals in the menu.
